Japan public data, organized for AI agents

Who we are

MK Career Planning is a small operator based in Japan. Every day we organize Japanese public information into hosted tools that AI agents can call over MCP and plain HTTP. Answers are in English, name the official source, and carry a freshness receipt that says when the data was fetched from that source.

We relay what Japanese public bodies publish. We do not give advice, and we do not make safety or compliance judgements on anyone's behalf.

The machines

Each machine answers one kind of question from one family of official sources. Every machine describes itself for agents in llms.txt and serves MCP (streamable HTTP) at /mcp.

Drone flight rules in Japan

A partial pre-check of a point, time and height against official Japanese data (densely inhabited districts, airports, restricted facilities, emergency airspace). It does not cover every rule and never says a flight is clear to go: where coverage is incomplete it says so and points to DIPS, MLIT's official drone system. Not a flight permission or a legal judgement.

Live operations status

Each machine re-reads its official source on a schedule (an ingest). This table is read from the public status endpoint of our scheduler (raw JSON) when this page is generated, and reused for at most 60 seconds.

Stale means the last successful ingest is older than the scheduler's threshold (three scheduled intervals, at least 45 minutes). A stale machine keeps answering from the data it holds, and its answers carry their own freshness receipts.
